Some weeks since she visited her daughter in Chicago and while there was prostrated with an attack of typhoid pneumonia. Recovering sufficiently to return to Evanston, as it was supposed, she was again taken ill and the former disease was followed by aneurism of the artery of the left limb, and the attending physician found it necessary to amputate that member.
